The Advantage Plan is designed for individuals, families and groups looking to save money on their dental care needs. As a plan member, you simply show your membership card when visiting any participating plan provider and receive discounted fees on dental care.

How long does it take to sign up?

Just complete the online application and you can begin saving on your dental services immediately!

What if I forget to bring my membership card?

We understand that this can happen. Please bring a form of picture id and we can verify you in the system.

Who can I include in my plan?

To accommodate your family needs we do not place age limits on dependents.

How do I make an appointment?

What are my financial options? Can I pay with my credit card?

We offer several convenient ways to pay for your care. You can pay by Debit Card, MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover.

Patient health information forms:

At your first appointment, you will be asked to complete a patient information and health history form. This information assists your physician in your care, therefore complete and accurate information is important. Please come to your appointment 15 minutes early to allow time to complete.

Will I get a Confirmation call?

As a courtesy, we will call to confirm your appointment and if possible leave a message for you.

What if I need to change my appointment?

We understand that unforeseen events happen and realize that sometimes you may not be able to keep your appointment; in those instances we request that you contact us 48 hours in advance. This will allow us to schedule care for other patients.

How often can I use the plan?

Your dental needs are our first priority, therefore we do not place limits on the number of dental visits.

Does the Gentle Dentistry refer to specialists?

Although we are a general practice dental office and perform the bulk of the work required by the patients in our practice there are times when patients will require the services of a specialist dentist. At that time we will make the appropriate referrals.

What if I have a dental emergency?

If it is a life threatening emergency call 911. For those unexpected emergency dental visits, Advantage Plan provides you a way to save. Enrollment is immediate. Simply call any Advantage Plan provides, schedule a dental emergency visit, complete the membership application and save on the spot!

Online enrollment is it Safe and Secure?

Advantage Plan takes your privacy seriously. Below is our Web site privacy policy. Your personal information is password-protected for your privacy and security. How do I know how much the dental procedures will cost?

You can log in to the membership site and see a general list of preventative and restorative fees. For large procedures, we recommend that you contact the clinic prior to your appointment. A list of the clinic numbers can be found on the website.

Can I use the advantage Plan if I already have insurance?

Many insurance plans have a low annual maximum which can lead to a large number of non-covered care expenses. Simply enroll in the Advantage Plan and receive additional dental discounts where your insurance plan maxed out, while getting all the care you need completed. The result- lower out of pocket costs for you and the dental care you need!
